SELF DEFENSE TACTICS WHEN DEALING WITH A CLINCH

When dealing with a clinch or very close quarter situation many things can occur to hinder your fight plan such as receiving devastating knees to your legs giving you painful "charlie horses". A way to prevent this from happening is to press your hands firmly against his hips giving you distance between you and him to prevent him from being able to knee you, from there you will be able to counter with your own knees to his legs. Remember control hips and you will control his body weight.
